Users have to sign in twice

I have a new install of vBulletin 3.0.8, vBadvanced CMPS v2.0 RC2 and Vbadvanced Gallery v1.0.1.

Once my users logon at the portal they are then passed to the forum where they have to logon again.

All help appreciated.

Hi Brian, I have made the changes suggested in the FAQ and now I can't log into the admin panel ?? It just keeps looping back to the user name password box.

Did you make sure to close all browser windows and clear your cookies/browser cache after you made the changes? If that doesn't help, there is a file you can get from vbulletin.com called 'fixlogin.php' that will reset your cookie options.

Thanks Brian, I used tools.php to reset my cookie domains. I still have the login twice problem but at least I can get to the admin panel:)

It sounds like you modified your Cookie Domain option incorrectly the first time. As long as you put in .yoursite.com (note the two dots) then you shouldn't have a problem.
