Errors with Admin CP

Im getting this error (s). I figured its because the modules dir was not chmod to 777. So i fixed that. But for some reason it wont keep the settings when i recheck. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix?

ok I found out this is on a windows server :(

Does anyone dont how to change the permissions for this dir on a windows platform?

It's not anything to do with permissions. Somewhere in your settings for the server you've disabled those commands. I'm not that familiar with that side of things, but if Zachery gets on today and sees this thread he may be able to give you some more info.
