Address bar and domain name

I have a question. It is not a big issue but I would like it resolved.

I just created test site for and installed CMPS V2 in VB V3.08. It works great and everything is fine.

The issue is in the address bar.

Let me give you the example.

In the homepage I get this for the membership list
http://www.mysite.com/forums/faq.php?

Then when I get to the FAQ page and mouseover the navbar everything else in the navbar shows this route http://domain.mysite.com.com/forums/membershiplist.php?

How can I get it so that it jut shows everything with www.mysite.com?

So what I am saying is the navbar in the homepage works great. But the navbar in VB forums is showing my addon domain info.

I don't think that the CMPS uses any own settings for domains, are you sure you got it all set irght in the general vB settings?

We found the problem and it was not CMPS. Here is what we found.

Cpanel entered two Server Aliases to the httpd.conf file. One for mysite.com and another for domain.mysite.com.

To fix this simply removed the domain.mysite.com entry from the httpd.conf file so that apache only servers on that domain.
