Hi Brian and the vBa Team,
May I ask for a small feature to be included with the next release of CMPS, or a modification I can apply now, if possible?
I have duplicated my 'Navigation' module, in order to create dynamic page links, per a previous suggestion of yours. I am basically excluding the navigation module pages from the module copy and vice versa. If you want to see what I mean, you can visit www.tvshoppingworld.com/index.php?page=articles (http://www.tvshoppingworld.com/index.php?page=articles) - the 'Articles' module is the copy.
This all works really well, except every time I add a new page, I have to go through every single other page and adjust the exclusions. This is really becoming heavy work, as I already am up to around 30 pages. In my scenario, the 'default' settings are not applicable to every page, so I cannot use them.
Is it possible to add a field to the 'Add Page' options which allows the new page to be highlighted (or excluded) in every other page. Maybe a radio button.."Exclude this page from all other pages: YES NO", for example.
Also, can the name of the new page name be included real-time in the exclusion boxes, prior to saving? At the moment, I have to save the new page, then re-open it, to select it from my exclusion boxes.
Basically, I am hoping that this kind of functionality can be added, so I can easily add pages without having to close the site and without having to edit every other page.
I look forward to your thoughts and suggestions.
Many thanks,
Rob.
