i have the portal installed, but i can't see the admin options for the vbalanced?

did i do something wrong?

Did you upload all the files that came with it? With vB 3.5, the admin options are added with the XML file that goes into includes/xml.

Did you make the optional changes to admincp/index.php outlined in the installation instructions?

Read the instructions, and make the changes it lists.
