Forum Links a little screwy

OK heres the deal.

Mike (mholtum) and I were working on my site, HERE (http://www.ersquad.com) and we did a little rearranging of files to help get stuff a little more organizied. We were working with the paypal module so we moved all the appropiate files into the forum folder. Now when a person goes to the forums and into a forum the main link back to the forum main page has an extra forum in the address bar. Mike nor I can figure out why. I need help and I need it ASAP. I have attached an image of the section im talking about.

The link to his elite Rangers is /forum/forums.php it should be forum/ I think it is because he had everything in the root before

Admin CP => vBulletin Options => Forums Home Page Options => Script Name for Forum Home Page

Change that back to 'index'.
