Help just installed and not working!

Guys i just installed the newest version of the portal and when i finished the install "following the instructions given on the site" i goto my admin cp and i do see that there is probably a new "group" added, however, it does not have a name "showing at least" and when you click the arrow the subgroups dont show up.... so it looks like i may have done something right but ALOT wrong...... can you help me?

Check your file edits for the admincp/index.php file and try reinstalling the phrases.

Did you run the install file?

Brian yes I rean the install, however, I am not 100% sure it worked. I ran it and saw nothing, but it did say "done" at the bottom of the screen.
Like I said when i goto my admin cp there is a new category box there...just does not have anything in it..... but its definatly new......

If you saw nothing, then you did not run the install file. Try re-uploading that file and go to it in your browser. You should then see a page explaining what the install file will do and giving you links to install, uninstall, and etc.

Ok also my forums are at "http://mydomain.com/forums and not just "forum" does that make a difference?

Just reuploaded the install file still getting the same thing here is the link:
