A user says they're not permitted to see the CMPS?!?!

I have a user that says they can't see the home page(cmps) when they're logged in, but they can when they're not logged in. I've checked the user group and i dont see why it's not doing it.

Edit the page through your Admin CP and make sure the permissions for that group are set properly. Even if they are, save the page to be sure the cache is updated.

i've done that, but what i've noticed, is, when i set her primary group to "registered" about 1-2 hours later it changes it back to the custom user group, when the custom user group should be additional.

That's something to do with vB then and wouldn't have anything to do with the CMPS.
