If the page isn't showing up in the Admin CP then there shouldn't be any way it could still be there. Are you sure you're not pulling from cache? The script will also pull from your default / homepage if it can't find a page, so is it possible that it's just pulling your default page?

You're running vBa Homepage on the link you just gave. If you go to that same page on your cmps_index.php file it reverts to the default page.

you'll notice that:

http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/cmps_index.php?page=TechMain (this link is using vBadvanced CMPS v1.0 RC1)

reverts to the main page...

but:

http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/index.php?page=TechMain (this link is using vBadvanced Homepage v1.1)

doesn't.

The way pages are managed in the CMPS and the Homepage is different. If you deleted a page through the CMPS that would have nothing to do with pages in the Homepage script. All that is shown when you go to the link you posted is your left and right columns. The homepage simply looks for the template specified (in this case, 'TechMain'). Since that template is no longer there it displays nothing in the center.

there never was anything in the center -- I made the page techmain as a test --- looking just to see how it worked.........

how do I delete it?

it's already been deleted. you didn't make a page named blahblah did you?

http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/index.php?page=blahblah

or blahblahblah

http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/index.php?page=blahblahblah

That's just the way that pages are handled in vbAdvanced Homepage.

Which are you wanting to use? vbAdvanced Homepage or vbAdvanced CMPS ?

to use vbAdvanced CMPS, just delete your current index.php file and rename cmps_index.php to index.php

There's nothing to delete. The page you posted is not doing anything except displaying your left and right columns from vBa Homepage. You can go to http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/index.php?page=anything and you will get the same result because there is not a template with that name to replace the content in the center.

Funny thing, the other day I created a new template and it dissapeared from the template list but was still working, I was able to find it in MYPHPADMIN and fix it.. Just thought I'd share
