I just noticed that the maximum number of posts displayed in the news module cannot be changed with the settings in AdminCP.

No matter what I set I get only 5 posts displayed in the news module.

Try editing your 'Default / Homepage' page and either change the setting there, or use the box to revert it to using your default setting. ;)

hmm, two things:
1- I change the setting
News Posts Maximum
The maximum number of news posts to display. Set to 0 to show all posts.
to any number I want, then click on Save. But still I have 5 messages displayed on the default homepage.
2- there is no revert box on the admincp CMPS settings on copy. there is a reset button on the bottom of the page but it is not doing anything.:confused:


oh, you mean editing the php file? is that the variable $newslimit that I need to set?

Brian made everything so flexible and customizable, I myself got 'flex'ed :)
