I ran the upgrade with advance version 1.01 and I got an mysql error number: 1062.
Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO cutemplate (templateid, title, template, template_un, styleid, templatetype, dateline, username, version) VALUES (NULL, 'index', '$stylevar[htmldoctype]

Anyway, I have figured out that from reading that uninstalling and re-installing this will probably fix this issue. But I have been running this for about two years. I was only upgrading the skin and wanted to fix the links.
Will uninstalling it and re-installing it destroy my hacks?
