CMPS Default Settings Problem

When I go to the Default Settings screen, I get this:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forums\admincp\vba_cmps_admin.php on line 238

My Edit Modules works, but this does not.

Any ideas?

I cannot re-run the install because it doesn't detect the tables exist, but they do, so it fails.

Good thinking, but the vba_cmps_rc2.zip doesn't come with an uninstall script or instructions.
