Suggestions : User Custom Pages

The ability for users to create their own page(s) based upon usergroups but allow them to plug in the modules. I was searching vB.org and they had one for userpages it would be great if they could intergrate vBCMPS Modules, Gallery and Links into it or if vBa can create it own system to intergrate into cmps.

I believe you could actually achieve this using a combination of the hack you refer to [I believe it was by Amykhar] and CMPS to achieve this. There is a tutorial on this site explaining how to include CMPS modules on non CMPS [other vB] pages - this should allow you to do what you want, to some degree at least [it's certainly better than nothing].
