weird problem!!!

I had mysql problems with my forums.
I was getting : mysql error: Got error 28 from table handler

mysql error number: 1030

whenever I tried to enter my portal page or private messages.

I did a quick search and found out that I need to contact my host for the problem was theirs and not mine.

What ever my host did, did resolve the problem but now I am left with my front page looking like ( see attachment )

If anyone can help I would be most grateful. :)

Have you added any modules from here or modified any of the templates for the CMPS?

the only other hack I have installed in flashchat with MP3 player which is added to my nav bar.

ok it is something to do with the poll, I removed the poll and the page looks normal. however I would like the poll to work.

sorted it :) it was the module shell template option was off
