Smilies not loading on CMPS

I added some new smilies to my database. Updated threads, etc. But they don't display on the CMPS page. Is there something specific I need to do for them to show up?

I don't see an option on my install dialogue to update image paths. used to see it in 3.0.5 but not on 3.5.0
