VB 3.0.7
VBAdvanced CMPS v2.0 RC1
On my site we do this thing where everyone keeps adding a line to a never ending story. I know I'll be able to duplicate and tweak a template to remove all the avatar and post date time and all the extra bells and whistles that occur when a post is displayed as news. That shouldn't be a problem for me.
My problem is, I want my news to display the original POST that creates the thread and then AFTER/BELOW that original post, all the replies to that post are printed out below it. The order part is just a descending/ascending issue so thats not my concern. My concern is I can't seem to figure out how to make all the REPLIES display. And I'll have a special news page that points at a particular thread instead of a forum so "stories" don't get mixed together.
Essentially, I need it to look exactly like it does on the normal forum pages where you see all the replies fall in after the original post and if I can accomplish that, I'll be able to edit templates to make it cosmetically look how I want.
Any ideas people? I'm at a loss.
