1. MCQ Quiz
2. Library
3. Review

and I want to add more like
1. Link
2. Gallary (possibly)

and can we make like searching old friends in the forum by any code modification as I wan to make site so that we can put all the information about the batches by batches.

That's the first place to start. Once you have vBulletin, then I'm sure there are some type of hacks/plugins at vbulletin.org for quizes, possibly a library (I've never seen one, but I'm not as active there as I used to be), and a review script. Then of course we offer the CMPS, links directory, and gallery here. Oh, and if you like their forum style, it came from http://www.vbstyles.com/.
