Exclude Forums from Homepage Latest Posts

Brian - How do you exclude certain forums from the new threads shown on the homepage. I can see an option where you can specify which forums to include, but I have a lot of forums and only want to exclude a couple.

Is there any easy way to do this without having to specify every forum I want to include?
