Made changes, uploaded files...entire site blank pages

I follwed the instructions, doublechecked everything. After I uploaded the files and went to run the install script its a blank page, the forums are a blank page as well as the admincp. The whole site is blank. Whats up chuck?

Ok, I went tru and replaced each file one at a time and found it was includes/functions.php that was causeing this. Works now. :)
