I am trying to get a license tarnsfered to my account and not having much luck. The owner has tried contacting Brian through PM which I mentioned might not be the best way. I have opened a support ticket, and neither of us have been contacted. How does one go about transfering a license?

reparris,
Normally license transfers are handled on a per-license basis before the transfer takes place. It would be handled by submitting a Support Ticket where it would be reviewed (normally by Brian).
At this point I would suggest having the current owner submit a Support Ticket for review.

If he does and nobody responds after 2 weeks, tell him not to PM you asking what the status is, unless he wants to be further ignored of course.

As part of the Gallery purchase process the original buyer had to agree to the Terms & Conditions of the sale and the second item listed as part of that sale states...Your license(s) may not be rented, leased, sold, or otherwise transferred in any form without the prior written consent of vBadvanced.
That is why any types of license transfer requests should be before the license is sold, not after.

We set up a second board on our server and I and two other members paid for the vbulletin and I paid for the gallery and if I had my head screwed on a little tighter I would have thought to get the subdomain created first, then do the purchases with that email. What wound up happening is the owner, and friend, purchased the licenses with his account, and now I can't troubleshoot. Comedy of errors on my part. I'll have him submit a support ticket requesting the transfer.
