Sorry, I would need to be able to see your edit module page.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages
Do you see at least the Default / Homepage page listed there? Also, have you modified any of your templates?

I just checked your settings since I still have your install ticket open. You have your 'Default / Homepage' page selected in your 'Pages to Exclude' setting, so that page is not going to appear unless you de-select that. You have also customized your settings for your additional links on your homepage, so you need to either revert that setting or just edit the additional links through your Default / Homepage page instead of through the main module settings.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => Site Navigation
That's where you would go to change the 'Excluded Pages' option. Just hold down your ctrl key and then click on the page name to de-select it.
Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage
That's where you would need to go to change the Additional Links option. Either add your new links there, or check the 'Use Default' box next to that setting, save the page, and then you would be able to edit that option by modifying the module instead of the page.
