Would this work with VB and CMPS?

Would I be able to make those side boxes, the avatar icon, and gamertag work using your program? I am sorry if this is a stupid question or what not. I am fairly new to VBulletin.

Other than the latest threads module, the other two look like simple custom modules they have added. Then it also looks like they've integrated their forum home with the CMPS.
