When I try and download the latest version CMPS :-

TTG, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

What page do you make it to before you get that error?

Enter site via vbadvanced portal .. click on download cmps and error message appears !

Seems to be working fine for me... Are you having any problems downloading other products through the members' area?

Same problem .. cleared cookies and logged in again and still no joy :(

I see the problem now... I'm assuming you changed your email address recently as you were in the awaiting conformation group. I've just changed you to the registered group so you should be able to download the product now.

Thanks Brian .. that solved the problem.
Had to change my email address due to hosting email problem.
