View Full Version : Create a printable version?

I'm using links in a different way than most. I actually house small tips and recipes in the description of the link. What I would like to do is provide a printable version, exactly like the printable thread.

I realize this is outside the realm of the intentions of this product, therefore, i would be happy to pay for such a mod.

Please let me know if this is possible. I simply don't write code, so I can't do this on my own. :-P

I've moved this thread to Feedback & Suggestions.... Brian is working on the Links 2.x release so perhaps he'd be able to take this into account with the next release.

Just wondering if there's a potential date for the next release? If not, I would be willing to pay to have someone make the printable version work for me as I would really like to implement this soon!

At this time there is not a projected release date. The new version is getting there, but I've had a lot going on lately and haven't really been able to work on it for the last couple of weeks.

No problem, I understand :) I've asked a programming friend of mine to try and put one in for me.

Would you be interested in providing a separate version of this program to your customers if it were more like a recipe type database? You can see mine here and I would be happy to provide you with the files when I am done (still has a few things that I want to change)
