Title covers only half of module with more than a single column

I use php pages for modules and it seems that only in Internet Explorer, the title bars extend over one column.

The collapsed module with the title "En Vedette" is identical to the Article module except its a template and not a php file and it works.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Found it. If you edit the module there is a colspan value.
