I have now been waiting 4 days for someone to even reply to my request for help (bumped thread, even posted a cry for help as I tried to help someone eles). CMS completly hosed my development system and at the moment I am at a complete standstill in finishing my work and trying to port my system over.
So far no warm fuzzy feelings and starting to wonder if it is worth it trying to get this working as once it does what happens if I need help again? Not to mention once I port I will be one of the larger VB systems out there so things "have to work" and be reliable. Maybe should wait for the next version?

Have you submitted a service ticket in the Members Area? I know Brian has been out of town, but the Moderators here check the service tickets regularly.

The CMS is a free product and this is the holidays, so a little patience is required.

I apologize if you haven't gotten support in the last few days. I was away visiting my family for the last week, so if it wasn't a common problem then some of the others here may not have known the answer. I'm still going through the last weeks worth of posts now though and will be moving onto unanswered support tickets once I finish with the posts.

Brian, maybe a queue size of the support DB would be a benefit for those who have open tickets...;) Nothing fancy, no details, just a number would sufice.
It would allow us to see two things - allow us to presume a more realistic response timeframe, and changes in the number would re-assure us of activity within the ticketing system.
