trouble logging in to admin cp

I can login to my forums, but not into the admin cp
It keeps welcoming me and putting me back at the login screen

ive done the whole delete cookies/files thing many times

You'd need to ask over at vbulletin.com since this wouldn't have anything to do with the CMPS.
