Alright, I just set up a new page and I'm having a problem getting rid of some space between an image and a single line of text.
Here is a link to the page I'm working on. I want to move the line of text that says "The above image was our original banner when GE first opened" up against the bottom of the image but it just won't go no closer than it is now. The image has no border to it, so I've no idea whats making it keep that distance from the picture.
Here is a link to the page: http://gamingevolved.com/main/index.php?page=about
Below is the code I'm using in the templete. Any ideas?
<table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" class="tborder" width="100%">

<p>Welcome to Gaming Evolved. I am your Administrator Chris a.k.a. <a href="http://gamingevolved.com/forums/member.php?u=3">Poseidon</a>. Helping me manage the site is my wife Marsha a.k.a. <a href="http://gamingevolved.com/forums/member.php?u=2">Eyes Only</a>.

On February 26, 2002 we officially launched the site. Statistically, our site is very diversified. We have members from all over the world who visit the site with dedication. As our slogan says "from past to future...one evolution." We are not focused on any one console at Gaming Evolved. We welcome discussions on all games and consoles. Gaming Evolved isn't strictly about gaming. We realize that there are other important things in life besides gaming so we've got an area of the site where all off topic discussions can be held.
<br>
<br>
Activity and participation is key to our success at Gaming Evolved. We aren't like any of those run of the mill sites where administration and staff doesn't participate in the community. Everyone is very active on the site and we take a personal approach to running the site
<br>
<br>
We're trying to make this a fun forum, so in addition to game talk, you'll also find games and contests here, with real prizes. We've given away multiple Game Boy Advances, gift certificates, free game rentals, and game giveaways. We run these promotions often, but you have to be an active member to be qualified to win.
<br>
<br>
We are always looking for ways to help save our members money on game purchases, so in addition to everything else we offer at Gaming Evolved, we also provide affiliation programs to help you, the gamer, get better deals on games and merchandise. We even feature an Ebay program for our members to bid and donate to the site.
<br>
<br>
We'd like to thank you for stopping by our forums, and we sincerely hope you'll join. We'd like to thank you for taking the time to look at our subscription packages and hope you decide to purchase one. The revenue collected from sales will go towards funding the site and giveaways.</p>
