want to remove things from news block

alright, this is for my gaming clan, so i have a recent matches module that i made from news module. the only problem is that i can't remove the " - by -h0b0-" at the top and " 3 Views" at the bottom of the block. can any1 tell me what to do to take them off? thx.

If you edit your 'adv_portal_newsbits' template then you can remove the code for those things from there.
