news on front page

I seem to only have the first post in the news forum on the front page and its not adding the second

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => News

Make sure the 'Maximum Number of Threads to Display' option is set to a number higher than one. You also may want to double check that you have selected the forum and that you have not selected any specific threads to display as the threads to display setting will override the forum setting. If all of that looks correct, check below the description for each of those options and make sure it does not have a note saying that the option has been customized on any specific pages. If you do see that note, you will need to edit that page and either check the 'Use Default' box, or just change the option there instead.
