What happened to support tickets lately?

I have an open, unanswered support ticket since 25/11!
This never used to happen before...
Maybe something happened to them that I don't know of?
I didn't open this topic to moan or whine, I am just asking why did that happen.

I'm sorry for the delay in tickets right now, I was out of town for a week during Thanksgiving. Zachery and Kevin would be the only ones here with access to support tickets during that time, so I would assume that they were not able to answer the question. I had to go through and answer a weeks worth of posts yesterday, plus get a few things done around the house, so I didn't get a chance to answer support tickets then. I'm working on the new posts since yesterday and will be moving onto support tickets shortly.
