I think it should be easy but i dont want to mess it..
Do i edit adv_portal_module_shell to remove border frame from all modules ?
I dont want them to appear as separate boxes..

Yes, removing the border from the adv_portal_module_shell template will remove the border from all modules that have the 'Use Module Shell Template' option turned on.
