Hi there,

everywhere in the Widness of the World Wide Web on a vB-Forum I saw a Posting which tells me that you offer a Support-Ticket-System for vBulletin.

Please say that I am right :D - cause I need such a Script for my vB-Forums immediately!

On TheVBGeek.com I don`t see any Product that is useable as a "Help Desk" - maybe I am blind? ;)

I will search on vB.org - but there isn`t any good Help Desk without Problems I think???

MatthiasWhoops, you're right..... the custom system used here is a combination product that does both product ordering and support tickets. The product that Geek is offering is a product ordering system.

Besides the one that Mikaelweb gave the link for here is another one that has gotten favorable responses....
