I know, I know... It's been posted a million times :D

However, I have gone to Admin CP - etc -> URL details, and it points to www.sonataforums.com/forums/

yet the navbar still points the links to sonataforums/, thereby resulting in a 4040 error... How do I fix this?

Go to your navbar template through the admincp and edit the links with the full url.

There's no reason to change anything in the templates.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings => Navbar Replacements

Go there and make sure the filenames that are not linking to the correct place are listed and that you have not changed anything there (seems a lot of people like to add the full URL to each filename, which is not the way it works). Even if the filenames are listed properly, save your settings to be sure that the cache is updated and that should take care of the problem.

Hey guys,

When I load up my forums and go to the admin panel, I don't see any "vBa CMPS" section :( What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you didn't make the changes to your admincp/index.php file. You can go here to access the CMPS's control panel though.
