INDEXU database

Does anyone have knowledge of moving links from the INDEXU database to vBadvanced Links database? Currently I have 600+ links in INDEXU which now needs to be moved over to vB.

I've never really used the script, so unfortunatly I wouldn't be able to tell you where to start.

Thanks Brian. I'll probably just end up comparing databases, massage the data a little and then manually filling the vb tables in 1 lot. This shouldn't be too hard...
