How long before it is installed??

Wanted to know what the average time frame was after paying to have vbadvanced installed onto my forum will it be before it is installed.

Generally installations are completed within 24 hours after the payment is sent. It may take just a little longer though if the order is placed on a weekend or during the holidays.

Shush, I'm looking in the open tickets and don't see your name. Was it submitted under your account or a different one?

EDIT: If it was posted under your name, could you please provide the PayPal transaction ID (not the the whole thing! Just the transaction ID...) so that Brian can investigate.

I apologize for the problem with your install. It seems that the info from PayPal was not sent back after you completed the transaction, so the install ticket was never marked as valid. I have just verified everything and will begin your install shortly.

I know I did not give all the details required upon registration, that may have been the cause of the delay too.
