Where do I adjust these colors?

Can someone tell me which adjustment affects the dark blue text in the attachment CMPS module images? The text reads "Private Messages" on the first and "Software Updated..." on the second. None of the other modules show dark blue text like this on my site but I can't figure out where to change these. I'd also like to figure out how to change the color of the background that the text is on. Thanks for your help!

You have to go into you ADMINCP and Styles & Templates and pick the style you want to edit and then pick Maine CSS and it is listed under Table Header. You will have to edit you Normal links CSS, Visited links ect.

Thanks for helping me pinpoint that one! There still seems to be another module bar that I can't find a color selection for. Is there a title bar color for CMPS modules that I can set somewhere? Thanks.
