How can I change the dark blue background of the navbar? I would like to use my own .gif file for the color.

You can change it in your acp settings style editing.

Ramses... I got that far... I have been able to change a bunch of back ground colors, just haven't found that setting.
I go to
Style Manager--->All Style Option---> Main Css
Am I in the right place?

Yes. The navbar should be controlled by your alt1 and alt2 classes. Keep in mind though that those will also affect quite a few other things.

I think my best bet would be to create my own nav bar... turn the defult one off...
OK here is my next question.... how do I change the color of the cell boarders??
The defult color is blue.. would like to change it to black..

I believe that would be the tborder class. Any questions like this should really be asked at vbulletin.com though since they don't have anything to do with the CMPS.
