How would I go about installing this on my page. If you look on the left hand side of the forum at http://incepta.ca/index.php you will see what I am looking to do. I have searched but I couldnt find a way to do it or maybe I just couldnt understand what the other guys were talking about.

That can be done with either a template or a BB code module. Just add one of those types of modules, depending on which you're more comfortable with, and then add the code for the images and links in the space provided.
