Problem w/deleting module

It appears that when a module has been copied and then the original version has been deleted that not all of the entries in adv_settings are deleted. This causes a problem later if the module is re-imported as it generates duplicate entries in the db.

I'm out of town right now and don't really have a good way to check/test the code, so I'll move this to the bugs forum to be sure I see it when I get home.
