Calendar & welcome not showing

Our calendar & welcome block are not showing up? in addition the buddylist block shows up but none of the persons buddys are listed, the block is empty :( I am sure this is some minor problem but I am just not sure where to look..

Make sure that the welcome block is active, and enabled on that particular page. As for the calendar, be sure that you have the 'Calendar ID' setting set to the calendarid that you would like to pull events from. It's listed in your 'Default Settings' under 'vBa CMPS' in your Admin CP - 2nd to last option.
The buddy list only shows user's who are online and on the user's buddy list.

As for the calendar, be sure that you have the 'Calendar ID' setting set to the calendarid that you would like to pull events from. I gave it a 1 (read that was the correct setting for the default forum calendar.

Is it possible I messed up a file or template installing the collaspe hack? if so which one(s) should I be checking

I got everything working except the buddy online buddy list, could someone tell me what the setting are supossed to be on that one? Or where to find the info..
