I have got to tell ya, I have had all sorts of dealings with people from coders to eBayers, and Brian is the most honerable person I have encountered out of them all.
I paid him for an installation but did not wait long enough for him and hired someone else to install it for me. When Brian later came to the site to install it he saw it was already done, wrote me, and without me even asking just said, and then within one minute, sent a refund.
Any body else you would have had to grabble with over it and he just was a pure honest gentleman.

Well... We didn't actually do any work, so we certainly can't keep money for work that we didn't get to perform. I wouldn't think that such a thing would be so rare, but either way I'm glad to see that we seem to have another satisfied customer. :)
