Really odd, bad, nasty problem

I have a strange problem with my CMPS but I cannot find the error since it's a fresh installation on a freshly installed vB. I cannot give out the URL since the site is still in dev stages, so if a staff member can contact me via PM, it'd be greatly appreciated.
