user in proper usergroup still needs links moderated

I placed a user in a usergroup where "Can Add Links" is set to 'yes', and "Moderate This Group's Links" is set to 'no'.

When the user submits links, they are not immediately added, and need to be moderated.

Is there another setting that I need to check? Do I need the user to logout and re-login? Does the user also need to be explicitly listed as a moderator of a certain link directory?

As far as I'm aware there are no bugs or other issues in the current version that would cause a problem with this. If you'd like to submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here though I'll be glad to take a look.
