Active modules not showing

I tried activating some modules I previously had deactivated and they're not showing. This includes default modules such as quick moderation, the search block and mini calendar as well as modules I have created myself. I don't get any error messages and usergroup permissions are set correctly. Any ideas?

OK, 2 out of 3 problems fixed this morning. :) Can anyone help me with this one...
