Pages Dissappearing

I am not 100 percent certain but I am beginning to believe some of my custom pages I created are dissappearing on their own on a few of my style sets. Anyone had any issues like this?

Did you add the template to each of your styles?

see thats what I thought to. So last week I had my wife check each style as I put them back in thinking I had just put the templete into my default style and forgot the rest. As I uploaded the templete to each style she went on them and checked to see if they were there. Yesterday when I was creating a new staff page I noticed on of the templetes gone again on all styles but my default one.
