Harsh words and all because you didn't like the answer I gave in the support forums? Some people, no matter how old, never cease to amaze me.

So what exactly is your definition of support? Kevin replied to your message less than 24 hours after it was posted, on a weekend at that, and gave you all of the suggestions that he knew that could typically cause the problem you were having. Just because you didn't like the answer he gave and wasn't able to give you a definite solution at first does not mean that he wasn't trying to support you. And even after your abusive posts towards us in the past and and him in that thread, he still continued to try to help you and told you that we'll investigate it further if you'd like to submit a support ticket. I'm not sure what else we can do, unless you have some type of magic wand that will fix any and all problems automatically that you'd like to give us.

Wow, you imply the wrong thing. So you think becuase of your answer I post this message. Has less to do with that, and more to do with your reply to this.

Ditto with my regards to what I said about his post. Abusive posts: http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11631.
I've watched this forum slow to a crawl, and I had to start my own thread, becuase other threads went unanswered.
Yeah I'll submit a ticket. And keep all of that in mind.

Oh and since you seem to have developed this thought in this thread and my question for help that I have and always have had it out for you:

My question was vaild. I look through peoples questions and responses. Things seem slow, so I want to know whats up.
Ya know, I understand the whole, it gets frustrating people yelling at us. I know, I own a resturant. But when you take on a project, charge a fee and then offer support, you assume that responisblity. I mean this is a business operation right? I know your college bond and on your way out the door, but come on.
I'm 23 I started a resturant, I run a makerting firm on the side, and still manage to ***** at you.
Do you need a hug? If I gave you a hug could we all get along? I think a hug would be great. How about I give you a hug?
(((HUGS)))

[ Closing thread ]
Suggestions for your problem were posted in the support thread, if those suggestions don't work then open a support ticket to have somebody take a look at it.
