Hello

this is a bug and tried to post it in bug forum but was not allowed, I could reply there but not new thread
http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=27

anyway

when you have sat max char. displayed on vba news lets say 300 and you quote a post but your input is less than 300, the vba page will be screwed up. it looks so bad.. culomns on top of each other

also the first news box will host the rest of the news posts below it

in other words all the news posts will be inside the top news post's frame

also you get [Read More] inside the quote as if it was part of the quoted text

wierd I am telling you

it happend to my board and after going crazy, uninstalling vba, reinstalling it.. and after I fixed the problem I tried it on another board and sure enough it screwed it up big time

ofcourse I fixed it by lowering the max display chars. to 150

ps: vB 3.0.1 and vBa 1.0.0

Please take my next post (the quoted) and put it in your news forum and look at your front page (vBa) you will see what I am talking about

you can delete my next post after that

thnx

I think this a problem with vb parsing bb code not vba ( I think anyway lol ) ;)
