You're clicking on the on wrong product. vBadvanced CMPS is free, vBadvanced Links is a completely different product and does have a cost.

No I'm not clicking the links one. When I click on vbadvanced it says FREE and download. I click download then it says:

By installing vBadvanced CMPS on your webserver, you agree to the following terms and conditions: blah blah.

At the bottom is asks for how many copies I want, then next page is the pricing. I know I'm not going crazy.

EDIT: NM, I suck. Had to continue without checking a payment option.
