Yes, your translation will remain. There are upgrade instructions in the readme.html file that tell you what needs to be done to your global.php file.

Brian just an advice.. Is it possible tht after updating ur CMPS u 'll mail all the user from admin CP? It 'll b helpfull for them who r using vBa CMPS ACP integrated with vB ACP.. Coz personally I found tht after 5 dayz.. Coz I dun use the default vBa CMPS ACP.. I add this in my vB NAV..

I really thought it was cool, but since I got some errors at some point whenever I tried posting on my site, I gave up using vbadvanced.:(
It was cool as it was in the 2.0.0 version. Ever since I tried to upgrade I had many issues and in the end I removed it from my site. Sorry, but apparently it doesn't want to work for me.

I was going to ask a similar question.

Do I do anything special with VBulletin upgrades since I have VBadvanced already installed? ie I have 3.5.3 and 2.1.0. Can I do an upgrade per their instructions or do I need to do something additional since I am using VBadvanced?

If you have 2.1.0 installed, you shouldn't have to do anything since it's now a vB Product and doesn't require file edits.

when i performed the upgrade, the modules stopped showing up in the forum pages... they show in the main CMPS Index, but not anywhere else.

Yes perfectly!

Another thing with RSS feeds.
When you are in a VBadvanced page and hit the RSS button in Firefox this time in 2.1 (2.0 had failed to load) the RSS loads but it loads the latest forum threads (from all the forum) in general.

How can you make that to load only the forum threads from each specific page and only?

Can someone help me out?
I installed this thing and followed instructions to the T but I cant get this thing to work or show up.
I still get the regular old plain jane UserCP showing up and none of the modules show at all.
Plugins are turned on, Install went without a hitch, all modules are on and working but nothing is showing up in the UserCP.
It's like I never installed this............

How good is the uninstall function working?
I want to install this version on my normal board for a week to test it and then uninstall it again.
I remember that I had a lot of trouble with this with an earlier version.

I must say I've been very impressed with the CMPS it has been a great addition to my site, and I just love to see it be free since heh i'd pay but free is nice and such expecially I don't got alot of cash right now =/...
